Why LabraDon Properties?
While transitioning out of the United States Marine Corps as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC 8002), I started thinking about how I could use my passion for helping people to gain what they wanted from their investments, typically homes,
businesses or other properties to sustain the lifestyles important to them.
Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, a small town with southern like values and having family connections in Hampton Roads, I knew that my participation in growing communities would be my next career path. That is, in addition to caring for my Labrador Don and my family.
Bingo! The name of my business had to be LabraDon Properties.
brings a strong foundation in strategic communication, business leadership, and
operations to every project.
Seth holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from Regent University, where he developed expertise in leadership, messaging, and organizational strategy. He is currently pursuing an MBA, further strengthening his capabilities in business operations, finance, and scalable growth 📈.
He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising, providing a strong background in branding, client relations, and stakeholder communication. In addition, Seth completed an Associate of Science through the ASAP program at Ivy Tech Community College in Evansville, Indiana 🎓.
